Clidelity Tester Terms
Last Updated: October 11, 2026
These Tester Terms ("Tester Terms") apply only if you are accepted as one of the first thirty Clidelity Testers. They add to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy rather than replacing them. Everything in the Terms still applies to you. Where these Tester Terms and the Terms disagree on a tester-specific matter, these control.
By checking the box marked Tester Terms at signup, you agree to what follows.
1. Your seat, and what holds it
There are two kinds of tester seat. Which one you hold is stated on the pricing page when you claim it, and again on the account form.
A Lifetime seat. The first twenty testers pay no subscription fee for as long as the account stays active and in good standing. No card is taken and nothing is billed. The seat is personal to you and is not transferable.
A claimed seat has to become an account. When you claim a Lifetime seat you are handed a link that creates your account. If that link is not used within fourteen days, the seat is released to the next tester and the link stops working. Claim again if a seat is still open, and write to us if none is.
If your account is closed, whether you close it, it is terminated under Section 15.2 of the Terms, or it is closed for a sustained lapse in participation after you have been told and given the chance to catch up, your Lifetime seat ends permanently. It cannot be reinstated. Coming back later means coming back at the public price and plan terms in effect then. This mirrors Section 4.8 of the Terms.
A Sixty Day seat. The next ten testers start with a sixty day trial of the Standard plan. A valid card is required to begin, and nothing is charged when you start. Unless you cancel before the sixty days end, your subscription converts to a paid Standard subscription on day sixty one and your card is charged $197 a month until you cancel. Cancel before day sixty and nothing is billed. Section 4.9 of the Terms applies, with sixty days in place of fourteen.
2. Your Tester Period
Your Tester Period is the sixty days beginning the day your account is activated, which is the first time you sign in.
3. What we ask of you
Testers shape the product. That is the trade, and it is the whole reason the seat costs what it does.
During your Tester Period you are asked ten short feedback questions inside the product, one at a time, spread across the sixty days. A thumbs verdict, a star rating, or a one-sentence answer. Every tester gets the same ten. A countdown on your dashboard shows how many you have answered and how many are left, and any question you closed without answering stays open there so you can answer it later.
Responding means answering. Selecting a rating, a score, or a verdict, with or without a written comment. Closing a question is not a response. Leaving one unanswered is not a response.
The thumbs attached to a generated closing strategy, and the other small prompts that appear after a setup step, are not part of the ten. Those sit there whenever you want them, so they are not a request.
What we want most is your own words. If something worked, say so in the comment box. If something was confusing, slow, or wrong, say that. Every answer is read by a person, and you will hear back.
4. The strategy session
If, at the end of your Tester Period, all of the following are true, you have earned a sixty minute strategy session with Kalilah Hudson. Forty five minutes on your own business. Fifteen on what is and is not working in Clidelity.
The forty five minutes are yours to point. Most testers choose one of these, and we ask you before the day comes.
- Strengthening your brand messaging.
- Working out who your ideal client really is.
- Growing the business, or running it with less effort.
- Or whatever is actually in your way right now.
You also receive a Strategy Blueprint: a branded, high-level strategy laid out for your business, prepared from that session and delivered to you afterwards. It is yours to keep. This is separate from the kickoff blueprints Clidelity generates for each of your own potential clients, which are a product feature and not part of this.
- Your account is active and in good standing.
- If you hold a Sixty Day seat, you did not cancel at any point during the Tester Period.
- You answered at least eight of the ten feedback questions.
- You used Clidelity with at least one real potential client or client, or with a sample client we provide. If you do not have a potential client to run through it during your sixty days, tell us and we will give you one to work with. The guided walkthrough on its own does not count.
We will contact you within fourteen days of your Tester Period ending. The session is scheduled at a time that works for both of us and does not expire while your account stays active.
If you hold a Sixty Day seat and cancel during the Tester Period you are not eligible, even if your access runs through day sixty. The session is meant to reflect a complete tester experience.
Nothing here is a promise about your business results. The session and the Blueprint are time, attention, and a strategy written down. They are not a guarantee of an outcome.
5. How participation is measured
From the product's own records. Every question is recorded when it is shown to you and every answer when you give it. Your dashboard shows the same count we see.
And you will not be surprised by the sixty day mark. If you have answered fewer than eight questions a week before your Tester Period ends, we email you with the count, the questions still open, and the link to answer them. Missing the session because nobody mentioned you were close is not how this works. The only way to miss it is to be told and decide it is not worth ten minutes.
6. Testimonials are separate, and optional
Accepting these Tester Terms does not give us permission to quote you. That permission is a separate box, it is entirely optional, and declining it changes nothing about your account, your seat, or your eligibility for the strategy session.
If you do give permission, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@khudco.com. We will stop using your words and your name going forward. This mirrors Section 10.5 of the Terms.
7. What we can change, and what we cannot
Clidelity is early. Features will change, and some will be added, altered, or withdrawn during your Tester Period, as Section 2.5 of the Terms describes.
For a Lifetime seat, one thing will not change while your account stays active and in good standing. The subscription fee stays at zero, and the features included in your plan when you joined stay included, even if those later move to a higher tier for new customers. Entirely new products introduced afterward as add-ons or as a separate plan are not included.
A Sixty Day seat converts to the Standard plan, which is priced and changed the way Section 4 of the Terms describes.
8. Cancelling and closing
If you hold a Sixty Day seat you can cancel at any time from your account. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, or to the end of the trial if nothing has been paid. See Section 4 of the Terms for the full cancellation and refund position.
If you hold a Lifetime seat there is nothing to cancel. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing hello@khudco.com.
Closing an account ends the seat and, inside the Tester Period, the strategy session eligibility, as described above. It does not delete your data on its own, which is governed by the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
