Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how K. Hud Coaching LLC, doing business as KHUD Branding Studio ("Company," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information through Clidelity (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

This policy covers two groups of people: Coaches, who create accounts and subscribe to the Service, and Prospects/Clients, whose information a Coach submits or who interact with a Coach's public screening or booking link without creating an account of their own. It applies regardless of where you are located, including outside the United States — see "International users" under Your rights below for additional protections that apply if you're in the EU, UK, or elsewhere outside the U.S.

What we collect

From Coaches (account holders):

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, business name, and the custom booking slug you choose.
  • Billing information: your subscription plan and billing history. We do not store your full card number — payment card data is collected and stored directly by Stripe, our payment processor.
  • Content you provide to operate the Service: writing samples and session transcripts you upload for your voice profile, notes, offer documents you upload for parsing, and settings for any third-party integrations you connect.
  • Communications: messages you send us for support or billing.

About your Prospects and Clients (submitted by you, or collected directly when they use a link you share):

  • Contact details they provide: name and email address.
  • Screening chat responses: answers given through the public screening chat you share, including free-text answers up to the character limits built into that tool. Before a Prospect's conversation begins, the screening chat displays a notice that the conversation is transcribed and processed by AI, consistent with consent requirements under laws like the California Invasion of Privacy Act (see "How we use it" below).
  • Session content: call notes, session transcripts, and follow-up/closing content generated about them.
  • Status fields you or your connected tools populate: contract signature status (via DocuSign, if connected) and payment status (via Stripe, if connected).

Technical and usage information (from anyone visiting the Service, including public screening/booking pages):

  • IP address and basic request metadata, collected to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of public-facing pages (for example, the screening chat and prospect intake forms).
  • Usage and feature-interaction data (e.g., which features are used and how often), collected through our own first-party analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We currently reserve the right to use, and may use, third-party analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand traffic to our marketing pages and measure the performance of our advertising. These tools do not load or begin collecting data until you make a choice on our cookie-consent banner — non-essential analytics and advertising scripts are blocked by default and only fire after you affirmatively opt in; you can withdraw that consent at any time through the same banner or your browser cookie controls.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at hello@khudco.com and we will delete it.

How we use it

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including generating AI-assisted closing frameworks, pre-call briefings, follow-up drafts, and session notes for Coaches.
  • Process your voice profile from writing samples and transcripts you provide, so AI-generated drafts reflect your communication style.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
  • Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse on public-facing pages.
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, and material changes to the Service.
  • Analyze de-identified or aggregated usage data to improve the Service and develop new features. This never includes selling or sharing identifiable Prospect or Coach data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Feature your name, business name, and testimonial in our marketing materials, but only if you separately and affirmatively opt in at the time we ask, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Prospect or Client contact information to market Clidelity, or any other product, directly to them, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.

AI processing. To generate closing frameworks, notes, and drafts, the content you submit (including Prospect information you include) is sent to one or more third-party AI model providers via API for processing. As of this policy, our current provider is Anthropic (Claude models), and Anthropic does not use API-submitted content to train its models. We may add, change, or replace our AI model provider(s) over time — for example, if we adopt a different or newer model offering from Anthropic or another provider — and different providers may have different data-use terms, including some that use submitted content for model training. If we adopt a provider whose terms allow training on your data, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, seek your consent or offer an opt-out before routing your data (or your Prospects' data) to that provider.

Screening chat and AI consent. Because the screening chat transcribes conversations to generate the outputs described above, we display a consent notice to each Prospect before their conversation begins, disclosing that the conversation is transcribed and processed by AI. This is designed to address consent requirements under laws such as the California Invasion of Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code §§ 631, 632.7) and comparable laws elsewhere, which generally require the consent of all parties before a communication is recorded. Coaches cannot disable or bypass this notice, per our Terms and Conditions.

Storage and security

  • Application data (accounts, Prospect/Client records, notes, transcripts, settings) is hosted on Supabase, which stores data in an encrypted format in transit and at rest, and which we've configured with row-level security so that each Coach's data is isolated from other Coaches' accounts.
  • Payment data is handled by Stripe under its own PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure; we do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Where you connect DocuSign, contract and signature-status data is held by DocuSign under its own security practices, and we store only the status fields your integration surfaces to us.
  • Our application source code is stored on GitHub, and the Service is built and deployed using Lovable's development platform. Neither is used to store your Prospect or Client personal data outside of what's necessary to run the deployed application.
  • We retain Coach account data for as long as your account is active. After termination, we retain Coach account and Prospect/Client data for 30 days (to allow you to export it, per our Terms), after which we delete or de-identify it — except records we're required to keep longer, such as billing and tax records, or data retained for legitimate security/backup purposes.
  • No system is perfectly secure. If we experience a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we've collected about you and how it's used.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@khudco.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

If you are a Coach's Prospect or Client: Because your information was submitted by the Coach who works with you, the fastest way to exercise these rights is often to contact that Coach directly, but you may also contact us and we will coordinate with the relevant Coach as needed.

Exporting or deleting your data (Coaches): You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@khudco.com, or by exporting through your account settings where available.

Opting out of analytics/advertising cookies: If you don't want your browsing tracked by tools like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, you can use your browser's cookie controls, Google's opt-out browser add-on, or Meta's ad preferences settings, or you can email us at hello@khudco.com and we will honor a Global Privacy Control signal or opt-out request where legally required.

International users (EU, UK, and beyond). If you access the Service from outside the United States — for example, as a Coach based abroad, or as a Prospect of a Coach who has international clients — the following applies in addition to your rights above:

  • We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance (to provide the Service to Coaches), consent (for cookies/analytics where required), and legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and rate limiting).
  • If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
  • Because we are a U.S.-based company, personal data from international users is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and we will document the specific mechanism in effect once international operations begin.
  • To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@khudco.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30 days under GDPR, extendable by 60 days for complex requests).
