Clidelity Founding Member Terms

Last Updated: August 31, 2026

These Founding Member Terms ("Founding Terms") apply only if you are accepted as one of the first twenty Founding Members of Clidelity. They add to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy rather than replacing them. Everything in the Terms still applies to you. Where these Founding Terms and the Terms disagree on a founding-specific matter, these control.

By checking the box marked Founding Member Terms at signup, you agree to what follows.

1. Your rate, and what holds it

Your subscription is $147 a month, plus any applicable tax, billed monthly and renewing automatically until you cancel.

That rate holds for as long as your subscription stays active and continuous. If the public price rises, you stay at $147.

If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated for any reason, your founding rate ends permanently. It is not transferable and it cannot be reinstated. Coming back later means coming back at the price and plan terms in effect then. This mirrors Section 4.8 of the Terms.

2. Your Founding Period

Your Founding Period is the sixty days beginning the day your account is activated, which is the first time you sign in with your invitation.

3. What we ask of you

Founding Members shape the product. That is the trade, and it is the whole reason the rate is what it is.

During your Founding Period you may see up to ten short feedback prompts inside the product. A thumbs verdict, a star rating, or a one-sentence answer. They appear when something has just happened that we can learn from, and we will not send prompts merely to reach ten.

Responding means answering. Selecting a rating, a score, or a verdict, with or without a written comment. Dismissing a prompt is not a response. Leaving one unanswered is not a response.

The thumbs attached to a generated closing strategy are not counted. Those sit on every artifact and are there whenever you want them, so they are not a request.

4. The strategy session

If, at the end of your Founding Period, all of the following are true, you have earned a sixty minute strategy session with Kalilah Hudson. Forty five minutes on your own business and pipeline. Fifteen on what is and is not working in Clidelity.

You also receive a Founding Strategy Blueprint: a branded, high-level strategy laid out for your business, prepared from that session and delivered to you afterwards. It is yours to keep. This is separate from the kickoff blueprints Clidelity generates for each of your own prospects, which are a product feature and not part of this.

  • Your subscription is active and in good standing.
  • You did not cancel at any point during the Founding Period.
  • You responded to at least eighty percent of the feedback prompts presented to you.
  • You used Clidelity for at least one real client or prospect, not only the sample walkthrough.

We will contact you within fourteen days of your Founding Period ending. The session is scheduled at a time that works for both of us and does not expire while your subscription stays active.

If you cancel during the Founding Period you are not eligible, even if your paid access runs through day sixty. The session is meant to reflect a complete Founding Member experience.

Nothing here is a promise about your business results. The session and the Blueprint are time, attention, and a strategy written down. They are not a guarantee of an outcome.

5. How participation is measured

From the product's own records. Every prompt is recorded when it is shown to you and every response when you give it. Prompts shown during the guided walkthrough or on sample data are excluded from both sides of the calculation.

You can ask us for your own participation record at any time and we will tell you where you stand.

And you will not be surprised by the sixty day mark. If you are under the eighty percent line a week before your Founding Period ends, we will tell you, show you what went unanswered, and give you the chance to answer then. Missing the session because nobody mentioned you were close is not how this works. The only way to miss it is to be told and decide it is not worth ten minutes.

6. Testimonials are separate, and optional

Accepting these Founding Terms does not give us permission to quote you. That permission is a separate box, it is entirely optional, and declining it changes nothing about your account, your rate, or your eligibility for the strategy session.

If you do give permission, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@khudco.com. We will stop using your words and your name going forward. This mirrors Section 10.5 of the Terms.

7. What we can change, and what we cannot

Clidelity is early. Features will change, and some will be added, altered, or withdrawn during your Founding Period, as Section 2.5 of the Terms describes.

Two things will not change for you while your subscription stays active and continuous. Your $147 rate, and the features included in your plan when you joined, even if those later move to a higher tier for new customers. Entirely new products introduced afterward as add-ons or as a separate plan are not included.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your access runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for. See Section 4 of the Terms for the full cancellation and refund position.

Cancelling ends your founding rate and your strategy session eligibility, as described above. It does not delete your data, which is governed by the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
