Founding membership

Five things to know before you pay.

A founding seat is a trade. You get the rate and the session. Clidelity gets a coach who tells the truth about what works. Here is the whole deal, in the open, before any card comes out.

  1. $147 a month, locked

The rate holds for as long as your subscription stays active and continuous. The public price rises to $197 after the founding cohort and yours does not. A lapse or cancellation ends the lock permanently.

  2. Sixty days

Your Founding Period is the sixty days from your first sign-in. That window is where the founding commitments live. After it, you are simply a member at the founding rate.

  3. Ten short questions across sixty days

They pop up inside the product, right after you have done something, so you are answering while it is fresh. A thumbs. A star. One sentence. Answer at least eight of the ten and you have held up your end. Dismissing one is not answering it. This is how the thing gets built around the way you actually work.

  4. An hour with the founder and creator of Clidelity

Stay through your sixty days and answer eight of the ten questions, and the two of you sit down for a full hour. Forty five minutes on your business, your offer, and your pipeline, with her full attention on what would actually move it. Fifteen on what Clidelity got right and what it did not. You also take away a Founding Strategy Blueprint, your strategy laid out and branded, yours to keep. Most founders want the time on one of these.

    • Your offer. What is in it, who it is really for, and what it should cost.

    • The sales conversation. Where your calls keep stalling, and what to say instead.

    • Where your clients come from. Visibility, referrals, and a pipeline that does not live or die on one good month.

    • Or whatever is actually in your way right now. You choose, and we ask you before the day comes.

  5. Cancelling mid-period

You can cancel any time and keep access through what you paid for. Cancelling during the sixty days ends the founding rate and the session eligibility. Both are for the twenty who stay in the room.

And the standard terms, in brief

These apply to every Clidelity account, founding or not. The full versions govern.

  • Cancel any time. It takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for. No partial-month proration. Section 4.4.

  • A real refund window. 70 percent of your first payment back if you ask within 30 days of subscribing. After that, and on renewals, fees are non-refundable. Section 4.5.

  • Your content stays yours. Client records, transcripts, notes, offer documents. You own all of it, and Clidelity touches it only to run the Service for you. Section 5.

  • Your voice profile is yours alone. It is never used to generate content for any other coach, for any purpose, without your separate written consent. Section 6.2.

  • AI drafts, you decide. The Service prepares and drafts. It does not replace your judgment about your clients, and you review before anything is sent. Section 8.

The full document is short and worth the read: Founding Member Terms. You will accept it, and the Terms of Service, when you create your account. Payment first, then your invitation arrives by email, then the account. Your sixty days start at your first sign-in, not at payment.
